These three beliefs underpin the Some Yoga philosophy. We believe that everyone can benefit from bringing a little yoga into their day, but it can be hard to fit it in. We bring fun, inclusive yoga experiences to your event, away day or wellness retreat. We specialise in guiding mixed-ability yoga classes that are simple, joyful and judgement-free.

Bring Some Yoga to your event

We can run a fun and inclusive 45min-1hr yoga session at your event in Bath or Bristol. Whether it is a company away day or a hen-do weekend, you provide the people and the space, we will provide the yoga. Contact us via the form here to tell us a bit about your event and we’ll get in touch.

What to expect

In a Some Yoga session you can expect to be welcomed no matter who you are or how experienced you are with yoga. You’ll be invited to make the movement as easy-going or as challenging as you like - depending on your ability, mood or energy levels. Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga where we will move through sequences of poses, ending with a deep rest and short meditation. If all goes to plan you’ll end up feeling rested, grounded and at peace.

There are too many reasons why we feel we’re not good enough for yoga, we’re not flexible enough, not skinny enough, there’s not enough time. Some Yoga is here to help overcome these barriers and keep yoga simple, joyful and judgement free.
